The day has finally come when I get to watch my little book wander out into the big, wide world! It’s a satisfying feeling because, ultimately, an author writes to be read, and today I have the privilege of taking that step again.
As of this morning, Book II of Trials of the Hopebreather: The Warrens of Lotann is officially a released title!
You can purchase the Kindle edition here, or, if you’d prefer, you can purchase the paperback edition here. Also, The Warrens of Lotann is a Kindle Unlimited title, so if you have KU, you can find it there. Thank you very much for all your support!
I’m very pleased with how WoL has developed throughout the creative process, and I’m grateful for how much I’ve learned in taking up this endeavour of writing a series. It’s my hope that you’ll see my continued growth as a writer, even as you see Alec’s growth as a protagonist. I say that out of a desire to stay out of this story’s way; indeed, I’m more and more convinced that growth as a writer is achieved in just that manner.
A big thank-you to those of you who have supported this work along the way: actually buying the books (of course!), giving reviews and ratings, and offering feedback on the series so far. Those reviews and comments have helped me consider areas in need of extra work – so much so that I expect you’ll see that you had a significant impact in the crafting of “The Warrens of Lotann.”
Where do we go from here? Well, Book III is already planned out and a title has been chosen; the next steps are to get a cover made, and to actually write the thing! Don’t worry, I’ll be giving updates on the progress being made, but for the next week or two, I’ll focus more on launch efforts.
Happy reading!
